The instructions are: Your companion might be a pet, or your partner or progeny. Maybe it’s an object you unconsciously fiddle with as you work, a view that keeps you company, an album that helps you stay grounded, or a hobby you use to unwind at the end of each day. (If your companion is actually a low-ranking knight, you win.)
Share a picture of a COMPANION and explain why you chose that picture.
Of course, it goes without saying – Joel is my constant and most loved companion!
I’ve had this little Buddha statue on my desk for many years.
My other companions – my computer that keeps me connected with friends, family, the world, and more. My camera through which I love to look at my world. My Spanish study books which help me connect with new companions.

I especially love that second to last photo, where it looks like Kush is totally enjoying lying on your lap and on your papers 🙂 .

That has become her newest habit – as soon as I sit at the computer she jumps up on the desk and lays across my forearms. My best typing time is when she goes out to play!

LOL oh dear, that would make typing a challenge. She just wants to be the center of your universe 😀

Thanks for the pingback! I like the little Buddha on your desk, and you have quite the lush scenic spot for your desk!

My pleasure 🙂 I love the beautiful lanterns in your post. What a lovely way to remember someone. The Buddha was a gift from my daughter and has been with me a long time and yes, I have a great spot! You rarely see a mosquito or other annoying insect so you can pretty much live outdoors.
