While visiting Panama City and spending time with friends, I took my first ride on the new metro. That made it easy to decide what to do for this photo challenge. The metro has been under construction for a long time so it’s very exciting to see it finished. They have done an excellent job, as you can see in these photos.

The station is bright and shiny with signs that make it easy to find your platform
Escalators keep people moving up and down
A train moves away from the platform
Our train moves towards the platform
We are on the move!

I love how everything still looks so shiny! That floor is just a perfect invitation for sliding. And the colour scheme they’ve chosen is rather restful as well.
