Construction started on the south side of the highway with a lot of heavy equipment and large drillers. Now they have placed these round structures made of rebar. We have seen these rebar cylinders in a storage area up the road, and what you see here is maybe 1/4 of the length, so they must be dug into the ground at quite a depth.
