The guy in the orange shirt had just come over to warn me and tell me not to go any closer to the water than in front of the beach shelter. I’m not sure what the guy in the white shirt was doing, but he had a camera pointed at me the whole time the other guy was talking with me. The guy in green looks like a policeman, and there were a couple other guys in the shelter who had arrived in a bomberos (firemen) truck.
