Another fishing boat. I’m curious to know what the flags are for. We’ve seen them on a number of other boats as well.
The Panama Adventure 
Taking a close look at the photo, the boat is a long liner. That reel in front of the pilot house holds the miles long line. Baited hooks are attached to it and the flags are on buoys that mark the beginning and end of the string. This kind of fishing is usually for swordfish, possibly tuna.
