when we were in David in 2014 we had a tour guide take us to where they processed the sugar with a mill that an animal turned. We bought some sugar rounds in a bag. The best brown sugar we ever had. At a reasonable price, just finished the last one last week. Can’t wait to go back and buy some more. It was interesting to see how they processed the sugar, so many different experiences in Panama. Thats why I love it and can’t wait to retire there. Thanks for all the different stories, love reading them.
