The question can links have different colors and other aspects in a blog?

this is a red LINK

and a green LINK. I also added “big” tags to make the text bigger.

This is bold and italics and another color HERE

I wonder if the links will be different colors when this post is published. It seems that one must put in the link, and then set the color. If you set the color first when you add the link it will revert to the default color.
