That Nightjar reminds me of the Nighthawks we had in south Florida as a kid. At least that’s what we called them, maybe they were actually Nightjars? You are blessed with much beautiful fauna in Panama.
Nighthawks and Nightjars are together in my bird book and look very similar, so it seems they are very closely related. Yes, we do have a lot of wildlife here and it’s great. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment 🙂
