Monday in Seattle

After the snow and winter wonderland of Sunday, Monday brought rain and warming temperatures.

We did a few errands, but otherwise stayed in. Later though, after my daughter came home from work, we headed in to the city.

We had a wonderful time in Seattle but alas, all good things must come to an end so the kids can get back to their work and regular lives. I’m sure glad we had some time together though.

Tonight we arrived in California for a visit with my other daughter. There will be news and photos coming, and of course photos of the grandson.

We loved being up in the Space Needle and our visit to Seattle a few years ago (The Underground is amazing!). Enjoy California!

Pictures remind me of why we left Seattle many hears ago. Snow is beautiful and “Christmasy” for a day or two, but then it quits being fun. Thus our reason moving to Florida and now even this is too cold, so our next stop — Panama 🙂 See you in June 🙂

Looks like you’re having a wonderful visit with family. Enjoy the time it always seems to fly by way too fast!

I used to live in Vancouver, Canada … I remember that fresh winter smell that I see in your fotos!
