The instructions are: This week, show us a photo of whatever you’d like, but make sure it’s saturated. It can be black and white, a single color, a few hues, or a complete rainbow riot; just make sure it’s rich and powerful.
Naturally, the first thing that comes to my mind is outdoors and the river!
My neighbor has a spectacular canna with both red and yellow in the blooms.
A tiny red flower on a delicate vine that is climbing up my back fence.
A gift from my neighbor, now growing in my front yard.
Another neighbor’s beautiful ginger blooms
These shrubs were growing in the woods by the river. At first glance they looked like clusters of flowers, but on closer look I discovered they were tiny berries.
A colorful flower in the woods by the river.
There were many of these purple clusters with dark berries.
A grasshopper sits on a wild heliconia by the river.
The woods themselves are saturated with green, with plants growing everywhere, with birds, with butterflies and insects, and with beauty!
