We are indeed fortunate to live just a short boat ride from such a pretty place. Your pictures really do it justice. My favorite shots are always of the boats at Arenal. They always almost seem that they belong somewhere in Europe to me. 🙂 I’m just glad that you ended up with a sparkling day.

They day couldn’t have been any more perfect! Just look at that sky. The beach was interesting – the police just hanging out all day, other guys standing by to help launch the boats with their roller devices, and of course the beauty of the place. I’d definitely come back there again.
