Another Wonderful Mango Tree

This old, majestic tree is in an area where we frequently ride our bikes. I thought it looked especially interesting today with the light and shadows of the setting sun.

It’s tempting to photoshop out the house and wall so there is nothing to distract the eye from the tree. Maybe one of these days I’ll give it a try.

We have so many amazing trees in our neighborhood, I don’t think I’ll ever run out of things I want to photograph.

What a beautiful tree..I had no idea how large mango trees were. The background gives the tree perspective, as it towers over the small buildings, standing tall in all its majesty!

Oh I know, me either! We thought we had mango trees in Florida, but we didn’t have anything like these. Some of these mango trees are huge and look like they have been here for ages. So, maybe it’s just as well I didn’t photoshop out the house and wall. They do give a lot of perspective that would be lost otherwise. Wait until you get here. You’ll probably land in Panama City and even there, right in the city, they have huge mango trees so old that the roots have pushed up the sidewalks.

  3. It’s beautiful! Hmm mangoes I love them!

  4. I love mango juice, but never really thought about what a mango tree looked like before. Although if I had pictured one it wouldn’t have been that.
